Aussenreinigung des Gerätes

Das Gerät aussen von Zeit zu Zeit mit einem feuchten Tuch abwischen und

nachtrocknen.

Flusenbildung

Flusen sind feine Textilfasern, die grösstenteils von der Verarbeitung (bei neuer

Wäsche), von der Abnützung beim Gebrauch und vom Waschen entstehen. Flu-

sen sind keine Folge einer übermässigen Wäschebeanspruchung im Gerät. Auch

bei an der Leine getrockneter Wäsche können beim Schütteln und beim Bügeln

freiwerdende Flusen beobachtet werden.

Im nassen Zustand kleben die Flusen an der Wäsche. Während des Trocknens im

warmen Luftstrom lösen sich diese und werden vom Flusensieb aufgefangen.

Nach jedem Trocknungsvorgang bleibt deshalb je nach Art der Wäsche eine

mehr oder weniger grosse Flusenmenge im Sieb zurück. Der Trocknungsgrad der

Wäsche hat ebenfalls einen Einfluss auf die Flusenbildung. Eine Übertrocknung er-

gibt eine grössere Flusenmenge im Gerät, als wenn die Wäsche nur bis zum bü-

gelfeuchten Zustand getrocknet wird.
