Heissluft + Beschwaden
A Taste antippen.
In der Klartextanzeige steht «Heissluft + Beschwaden» «Garraumtemperatur».
Bei der Betriebsart Heissluft + Beschwaden wird die Garraumluft durch einen Heizkör-
per hinter der Geräterückwand aufgeheizt und mit dem Heissluftgebläse gleichmässig
im Garraum umgewälzt. Es ist jederzeit ein zusätzliches Zuführen von Dampf durch
Drücken auf den Einstellknopf möglich. Die Dampfzufuhr kann jeweils individu-
ell wieder durch erneutes Drücken auf den Einstellknopf beendet werden.
Individuelle Zubereitung von Gargut mit trockener und feuchter Hitze (z.B. Fleisch)
A Bei Fleisch etwa während des ersten Drittels der Gardauer beschwaden.
Vorschlag Garraumtemperatur: 180 °C
Anwendungsbereich: 30 °C bis 230 °C
