Assaisonnez les ailes de poulet. Graissez le légère-
ment plat Crisp. Retournez-les aliments quand le four
micro-ondes vous y invite.

Pommes de terre,
en morceaux
300-800g
Pelez et coupez les pommes de terre d’une épaisseur
d’environ 1,5 cm et assaisonnez avec du sel et de
l’huile. Graissez légèrement le Plateau Crisp et ajouter
les pommes de terre coupés. Mélangez lorsque le four
vous y invite.

Mélangez les pois chiches avec du persil, du sel, du
poivre, du cumin et des graines de coriandre, laissez
reposer au réfrigérateur pendant environ 30 minutes,
mélangez la farine avec de l'eau douce pour créer un
composé similaire à de la pâte, formez les hamburgers
et plongez-les d'abord dans la farine, puis dans la cha-
pelure, placez sur le plat Crisp préalablement aspergé
d'huile d'olive extra vierge (2 cuillères à soupe).

Dans un bol, mélangez la chapelure, le paprika, la
poudre d'ail, le curcuma, le sel et le poivre avec l'albu-
mine, couvrez les lets de cabillaud avec la chapelure
assaisonnée et pressez avec les mains, arrangez les -
lets sur la plaque Crisp.
