Sterilisieren, Einmachen
Sterilisieren im Haushalt heisst haltbar machen von Lebensmitteln in Gläsern.
Im Garraum können maximal 5 Gläser gleichzeitig platziert werden.
A Nur vollkommen unbeschädigte Gläser mit maximal 1 Liter Fassungsver-
mögen verwenden.
A Das Original-Kuchenblech in Auflage 1 schieben.
A Lebensmittel gleichmässig in die Gläser füllen und die Gläser gemäss An-
gaben des Herstellers schliessen.
A Gläser gemäss Abbildung auf das Original-Kuchenblech stellen. Die Glä-
ser dürfen sich nicht berühren.
A Betriebsart 150 °C wählen.
Nach ca. 60 bis 90 Minuten steigen in der Flüssigkeit in kurzen Abstän-
den kleine Bläschen auf.
A Die Garraumtemperatur und die Betriebsart auf «0» stellen und die Gläser
während 40 Minuten im Garraum stehen lassen.
A Anschliessend die Gerätetür in Raststellung offen lassen.
A Die Gläser im Garraum vollständig erkalten lassen.
A Gläser entnehmen und auf Dichtheit prüfen.
