APPUYEZ SUR LA TOUCHE OK / SELECT (SÉLECTION) .
UTILISEZ LES TOUCHES HAUT / BAS pour régler le temps.
APPUYEZ SUR LA TOUCHE DÉMAR.
LA FONCTION PROVING (LEVAGE) est
utilisée pour faire lever la pâte.
Beaucoup plus vite qu’à la tempé-
rature ambiante de la pièce.

ER LEVAGE
PLACEZ LE RÉCIPIENT contenant la pâte sur la grille métallique, sur le
gradin 1 ou 2. Couvrez avec un tissu de cuisson.
RACCOURCISSEZ LE TEMPS DE LEVAGE de 1/3 par rapport à une recette tra-
ditionnelle.

E LEVAGE
APRÈS AVOIR DÉROULÉ la pâte, ce levage aussi peut être effectué dans le
four. Couvrez les récipients avec un tissu de cuisson et introduisez la
plaque de cuisson sur le gradin 2 ou 3.
RACCOURCISSEZ LE TEMPS DE LEVAGE DE 1/2 par rapport à une recette tra-
ditionnelle.
IL EST RECOMMANDÉ DE RACCOURCIR LE TEMPS DE LEVAGE car la température
ambiante du four est optimale et plus adaptée que la température
de la pièce.
Il est donc nécessaire darrêter prématurément le levage. Sinon, la
pâte continue de lever et risque de trop lever pendant la phase de
préchauffage suivante avec les programmes de cuisson en mode
assisté (Pain / Gâteaux).
