Solo Stomen: Automatisch programma voor visfi lets
Gemarineerde zalmsteaks
500 g zalmfi let, zonder
vel
½ tl zout
Witte peper
Marinade:
50 ml citroensap of witte
azijn
50 ml water
50 ml olijfolie
50 – 75 ml gehakte verse
kruiden (peterselie,
bieslook, dragon e.d.)
Garnering:
Sla, 4-6 artisjokbodems
(uit blik), 100 g hom en
kuit of groenten naar
keuze
Snijd de zalmfi let in plakken van 1 cm dik en leg ze op
de stoomplaat. Bestrooi ze met zout en peper.
Plaats de plaat op steunhoogte 3 en plaats de
opvangbak eronder.
Bereid het gerecht 12 – 14 minuten met het
automatische programma voor gestoomde visfi lets /
gestoomde vis.
Meng ondertussen alle ingrediënten voor de
marinade.
Haal de zalm voorzichtig van de plaat en leg de
plakken in een smalle bak. Schenk de marinade over
de nog warme zalm en laat minimaal 4 uur of een
nacht marineren in de koelkast.
Scheur de sla in stukjes en bekleed de serveerschaal
hiermee. Leg de gemarineerde zalm erop en garneer
met de artisjokbodems, gevuld met hom en kuit.
Of serveer de zalm met groenten naar keuze.
VOORBEREIDING
Tips:
Dit gerecht kan als voorgerecht of bij een buffet worden
geserveerd, samen met een koude kruidensaus op basis van
crème fraîche of een groene saus.
