Réglages du four:
Température 185°C
Fonction: Convection
Muf ns au chocolat
250 g de farine
10 g de levure pour
gâteau
125 g de sucre brun
1 pincée de sel
125 g d'huile végétale
1 œuf
225 g de lait entier
12 morceaux de chocolat
fondus et refroidis
100 g de crème fraîche à
fouetter
150 g de fraises
Fouettez l'huile, l'œuf et le babeurre.
Dans un autre saladier, mélangez la farine, la levure
pour gâteau, le sucre et le sel; ajoutez ce mélange
au mélange précédent et amalgamez soigneusement
jusqu'à ce qu'il devienne lisse.
Chemisez un moule à petits gâteaux de 12 pièces
avec des mini moules en papier; répartissez la pâte
de façon homogène dans les petits moules. Enfoncez
un morceau de chocolat fondu et refroidi au centre
de chaque petit gâteau. Placez les muffi ns au four
préchauffé à 185°C sur la grille en métal insérée au
niveau 2; faites cuire pendant environ 20 minutes,
jusqu'à ce qu'ils soient dorés en surface. (Si votre four
ne nécessite pas de préchauffage, consultez la notice
d'emploi pour connaître les réglages exacts.)
Laissez refroidir les petits gâteaux; décorez ou servez
avec de la crème fraîche et des fraises.
