Geräteeinstellungen:
Temperatur 200°C + niedrige Dampfgarstufe, kein Vorheizen
Funktion: Kombi-Umluft + Dampfgaren
Backzeit: 25-30Minuten
Gemüsegratin
mit Ziegenkäse und Quark
600g Zucchini
(mittelgroß)
600g Auberginen
(mittelgroß)
2-3EL Olivenöl
5 große Tomaten
75g Ziegenkäse (jung
und weich, z.B. St.
Maure)
200g Magerquark
3Eier
75ml Milch
6Zweige Oregano
100g Edamer (gerieben)
Salz und Pfeffer
Die Zucchini und Auberginen waschen. In 5mm dicke
Scheiben schneiden und in einer mit etwas Olivenöl
bestrichenen Grillpfanne oder in einer beschichteten
Pfanne ohne Öl von jeder Seite 1-2Minuten braten.
Herausnehmen und mit Salz und Pfeffer würzen.
Die Tomaten in Scheiben schneiden.
Ziegenkäse, Quark, Eier und Milch verrühren. Mit Salz
und Pfeffer würzen. Drei Zweige Oregano zupfen,
hacken und unter die Masse rühren.
Eine Aufl aufform von ca. 20x25cm leicht fetten.
Die Quarkmasse hineingeben und glatt streichen.
Auberginen-, Zucchini- und Tomatenscheiben
dachziegelartig überlappend in die Form schichten.
Mit dem geriebenen Edamer bestreuen und auf
dem mitgelieferten Rost im Ofen bei 200°C auf der
2.Ebene von unten 25-30Minuten backen.
Am Ende der Garzeit mit dem restlichen gehackten
Oregano bestreuen und sofort servieren.
