Geräteeinstellungen:
Temperatur 185°C
Funktion: Umluft
Muf ns mit Eiskonfektfüllung
250 g Mehl
10g Backpulver
125g Rohrzucker
1 Prise Salz
125g Pfl anzenöl
1Ei
225g Vollmilch
12Stück Eiskonfekt
100g Schlagsahne
150g Erdbeeren
Öl, Ei und Buttermilch verquirlen.
In einer zweiten Schüssel das Mehl mit Backpulver,
Zucker und Salz vermischen, die Mischung in die
Ei-Buttermilch-Mischung einrühren und glatt rühren.
Muffi nförmchen in ein Muffi nblech mit 12
Vertiefungen einsetzen und den Muffi nteig
gleichmäßig auf die Förmchen verteilen. In jedes
Muffi n ein Stück Eiskonfekt ganz hineindrücken.
Die Muffi ns auf dem Metallrost auf der 2.Ebene
in den auf 185°C vorgeheizten Ofen schieben und
in etwa 20Minuten goldbraun backen. Bei einem
Ofenmodell, bei dem kein Vorheizen erforderlich ist,
schlagen Sie die geeigneten Einstellungen bitte in der
Bedienungsanleitung nach.
Die fertig gebackenen Muffi ns abkühlen lassen
und mit Schlagsahne und Erdbeeren verzieren und
servieren.
ZUBEREITUNG
Tipp:
Für die Füllung können anstelle von Eiskonfekt auch normale
Schokoladenstückchen verwendet werden.
