Open de deur nadat de conserveringstijd is afgelopen, maar houd de potten in de oven
totdat ze zijn afgekoeld tot kamertemperatuur.


beschreven voor het fruit. Pekel ze in.

RIJP FRUIT hoeft niet te worden voorgekookt.
Hard fruit moet licht worden voorgekookt.
VUL DE POTTEN maar houd bovenin ongeveer
2 cm vrij. Giet siroop over het fruit.
