A Nur gesundes, reifes Obst, frische Pilze und Kräuter verwenden.
A Obst, Pilze und Kräuter reinigen und zerkleinern.
A Original-Kuchenbleche oder Gitterrost mit Backpapier auslegen, die Le-
bensmittel darauf verteilen und in die geeignete Auflage schieben.
A Eine Holzkelle zwischen Bedienblende und Gerätetür einklemmen, sodass
ein Spalt von ca. 2 cm offen bleibt.
A Die Lebensmittel regelmässig wenden, dadurch trocknen sie
gleichmässiger.
Das Dörren und Trocknen überwachen. Übertrocknung führt zu
Brandgefahr!
Apfelschnitze oder -ringe 70 nein

Aprikosen 60–70 nein
