PREPARAZIONE
1. Montate bene il burro con lo zucchero e
aggiungete poco alla volta le uova.
2. Incorporate la farina di grano e la farina di
mandorle setacciate insieme al lievito.
3. Imburrate e infarinate la tortiera e riempitela
lisciando bene la superfi cie.
4. Cospargete la superfi cie con le mandorle a scaglie
e infornate.
5. A cottura ultimata sciogliete la confettura di
albicocca a microonde a potenza massima e con
l'aiuto di un pennello lucidate tutta la superfi cie
della torta.

Ingredienti per 1 torta
Uova intere g 390
Zucchero semolato g 450
Farina di grano tenero
g125
Farina di mandorle g 350
Mandorle a scaglie g 100
Confettura di albicocca
g 150
Lievito g 10
Ventilato + MW
Preriscaldamento 220 °C
Livello Temperatura Potenza micro Tempo
1 160 °C 90 w 20-22 minuti
PREPARAZIONE
1. Montate bene burro e zucchero poi aggiungere poco
alla volta le uova
2. Aggiungete la farina setacciata con il lievito.
3. Dividete la massa a metà, nella prima aggiungete
i pistacchi tritati, nella seconda incorporate il caffè
solubile.
4. Riempite la tortiera stratifi cando le 2 masse
alternandole.
5. A riempimento effettuato lisciate bene la superfi cie
e infornate.

Farina di grano tenero

Pistacchio tritato g 150
Caffè solubile g 25
Lievito vanigliato g 5

  • My oven is stuck in demo mode. Sometimes it even glitches the screen.

    I already tried to open the door and hold back button for 5 seconds (while it beeps like crazy) and it didn’t work. Submitted on 19-6-2020 at 19:59
