PRÉPAREZ UNE TE AVEC 225 ml d'eau, 15g
de levure fraîche, 20 ml d'huile d'olive,
1½ c. à café de sel, ¾ c. à café de sucre et
env. 400g de farine. Laissez lever pen-
dant 15-20 minutes.
DÉROULEZ-LA et placez-la sur la plaque lé-
gèrement graissée. Garnissez avec 250g
de morceaux de tomates, 150g de moz-
zarella coupée en tranches et assaison-
nez de sel, de poivre, d'origan et d'un
filet d'huile d'olive.

SUIVEZ LES INSTRUCTIONS POUR LA PIZZA FINE
mais modifiez la quantité d'ingrédients
pour la pâte comme suit : 250 ml d'eau,
20g de levure, 25 ml d'huile, 2 c. à café
de sel et 1 c. à café de sucre. Quantité de
farine env. 450g.

PRÉPAREZ LA PÂTE AVEC 180g (3dl) de farine,
125g de beurre et 2 à 3 c. à soupe d'eau.
Étalez la pâte dans un moule à tarte et
faites-la cuire à blanc.
GARNISSEZ-LA de 150g de lard coupé en
dés et de 150g de jambon cuit coupé en
dés. Parsemez le dessus de 100g de fro-
mage. Mélangez 100ml de lait et 200ml
de crème à 3 œufs et assaisonnez de sel,
de poivre et de thym, puis versez sur la
garniture.

  • My oven is stuck in demo mode. Sometimes it even glitches the screen.
