Zutaten für 6-8 Portionen
Zerkrümeln Sie die Kekse in einer Schüssel. Lassen
Sie die Butter zergehen und geben Sie sie zu den
Keksen.
Kleiden Sie den Boden einer Kuchenform mit
Backpapier aus und drücken Sie den Teig leicht
darauf an.
Schlagen Sie Eier, Zucker und Ricotta und streichen
Sie diese Creme auf den Keksboden.
Backen Sie den Kuchen und lassen Sie ihn abkühlen.
Glasieren Sie ihn mit Marmelade.
Wählen Sie im Menü „REZEPTE“ die Kategorie
„DESSERT“ und anschließend das Rezept
„KÄSEKUCHEN“ und bestätigen Sie.
