SCHWEINEBRATEN MIT SCHWARTE
Schneiden Sie die Schwarte ein. Reiben Sie Salz
und Pfeffer gut in das Fleisch ein. Stecken Sie die
grob gehackten Kräuter in die zuvor ausgeführten
Einschnitte ein. Bepinseln Sie das Gericht mit Olivenöl
und garen Sie es im Backofen.
Lassen Sie den Braten nach dem Garen noch ca. 20
min. im Backofen ruhen.
Wählen Sie im Menü „REZEPTE” die Kategorie
„FLEISCH” und anschließend das Rezept
„SCHWEINEBRATEN” und bestätigen Sie.
