GRILLED TROUTS
Serves 4
Gut, scale, wash and dry the trout. Season with
salt and pepper both inside and out. Stuff the
herbs inside the bellies. Lay the trout on the
drip tray lined with baking paper. Drizzle with
extra virgin olive oil.
Select “FISH” from the “RECIPES” menu then
the “GRILLED TROUTS” recipe and confi rm.
