GRÂTIN DE TOMATES
Coupez les tomates en deux et videz-les de
leurs pépins.
Salez les tomates et retournez-les sur un
torchon pour les faire dégorger.
Préparez le pain aux herbes en passant au
mixer le pain carré avec le basilic, le persil, l’ail,
l’huile d’olive, le sel et le poivre.
Remplissez les tomates avec le pain aux herbes
et disposez-les dans un plat en pyrex.
Mouillez avec un fi let d’huile d’olive et
enfournez.
Sélectionnez dans le menu « RECETTES »
la catégorie « LÉGUMES », puis la recette
« GRÂTIN DE TOMATES » et validez votre
sélection.
