QUICHE LORRAINE
Kleiden Sie die Pastetenform mit Backpapier aus
und legen Sie den so Pastetenteig hinein, dass er
bis über den Rand reicht. Verteilen Sie darauf den
angebratenen Speck, die in Streifen geschnittene
und in etwas Olivenöl gedünstete Zwiebel und
bestreuen Sie alles mit Käse.
Verquirlen Sie Eier, Milch und Sahne, salzen und
pfeffern Sie nach Geschmack.
Geben Sie die Masse gleichmäßig darüber und
garnieren Sie mit gehackter Petersilie.
Wählen Sie im Menü „REZEPTE“ die Kategorie
„QUICHE“ und anschließend das Rezept „QUICHE
LORRAINE“ und bestätigen Sie.
