If the time is blinking, press the Start button

begin training.
O6. User
Start as before and continue as described in
item O.
The profile last used by the previously set user
appears.
Press the Start button to begin training with the
preset values or
Press the Enter button again if you wish to
adjust the profile bars. You must have set the
time etc. beforehand in the Manual program.
These values are copied when the User program
is accessed.
ADDITIONAL NOTES
Values can only be entered in the Stop mode
(not during training). The Stop symbol is then
visible on the display. You must have already
selected a program beforehand.
It is possible to adjust the intensity (Level) 1 --
16 even while training (except for watt control/
pulse control/fitness).
Before the console can display the pulse rate, it
needs several seconds for calculation purposes.
Your pulse must be measured using the hand
pulse sensors, the ear clip or the chest strap.
If you are not training and you have not pressed
a button, the console switches off automatically
after about four minutes.
You can reset all individual values to zero using
the Reset button if you have first pressed the
Stop button and the Stop symbol is visible. If
you press and hold the Reset button for three
seconds, the console switches to the initial
screen. U (User) appears. All values are erased.
Only the user data is saved.
Automatic adjustment of the resistance (Level)
in the Pulse programs occurs upward every 30
seconds and downward every 15 seconds. This
produces a gradual adjustment of the values.
Training with a preset time and program
profiles:
The preset time is distributed across the 16
profile bars. Example: 32 minutes for 16 profile
bars corresponds to 2 minutes before changing
to the next bar.
E-2 is shown on the display if the console is
not receiving any data (for example, crank
revolutions).

RECOVERY PULSE MEASUREMENT
Measure your recovery pulse after training. The
measurement can only be started if the pulse
measurement is activated and the pulse value is
shown on the display.
Start the recovery pulse measurement by
pressing RECOVERY.
The measurement takes 60 seconds.
After the measurement is finished, the display
shows the result F1-F6 (F1 = best result). Please
note that your results are in a relation to the
pulse level in the beginning of the measurement,
and that your results are personal and cannot
directly be compared with any other persons
results. In order to improve the reliability
of recovery pulse measurement, always try
to standardize the measurement situation as
accurately as possible; start measuring at the
same heart rate level as precisely as possible.
To switch back to the main display by pressing
RECOVERY.
