7 Garanti
Følgende garantibestemmelser er gældende.
Artikel 1 Garanti
1.1 Batavus B.V. garanterer, at Batavus cykler er fri for konstruktions- og/
eller materialefejl og/eller korrosion, alt i det omfang, der følger i disse
garantibestemmelser.
1.2 Garantien er kun gældende for den første ejer af pågældende Batavus
cykel.
1.3 Garantien frafalder i henhold til det, som er fastlagt i artikel 3.1 og 5.1.
1.4 Garantien kan ikke overdrages.
1.5 Den af Batavus på grundlag af disse betingelser givet garanti påvirker
ikke muligheden for at appellere til sælger i henhold til de almindelige
lovbestemmelser i civillovbogen.
Artikel 2 Garantiperiode

andre dele, med undtagelse af de i afsnit 2.4 i denne artikel nævnte

2.3 Der er 2 års garanti på stel- og forgaffellak mod korrosion inde fra.
2.4 Der er ikke garanti på dele, som udsættes for slid, såsom dæk, kæde,
klinger, freewheel, bagtandhjul, kabler og bremseklodser, medmindre
der er tale om konstruktions- og/eller materialefejl.
2.5 Der er 2 års garanti på lak- og kromdele mod korrosion, hvis korrekt
vedligeholdt.
2.6 Der er 2 års fabriksgaranti på elektriske dele på din E-bike (display,
drivsystem, batteri). Cyklen må ikke rengøres med højtrykssprøjte.
En kraftig vandstråle kan beskadige elektronikken. Garantien frafalder
da.Garantienfrafalderligeledespåbatteriet,hvisoveraadning
detekteres.
