VUURPLAATSCONFIGURATIE

Het bedienen van uw barbecue
1. Beslis op welke hoogte u de 4GRILL wilt
gebruiken.
a. Laag:

2. Verwijder voor het opbouwen van het vuur
het deksel, het grillrooster en de
dwarsbalk.
3. Gebruik de speciale inzetbak voor de
vuurplaats (Onderdeel R) in de
houtskoolbak.
LET OP: Wanneer de 4GRILL als vuurplaats
wordt gebruikt, moet u de speciale inzetbak
voor vuurplaats (Onderdeel R) in the houts-
koolbak (Onderdeel O) zetten. Deze inzet-
bak heeft als functie het beperken van de
temperatuuruitstraling naar de buitenste
vatsegmenten van de 4GRILL en het
beschermen van de oppervlakken van de
segmenten van de 4GRILL tegen perma-
nente beschadiging!
Overvul de inzetbak niet, wat een te groot
vuur veroorzaakt. De warmte-uitstraling
kan te hoog worden, waardoor de hittebe-
stendige labels vervormen en verkleuren en
de gecoate vatsegmenten permanent
beschadigen.
4. Het deksel mag in deze conguratie
nooit op de inzetbak voor de vuurplaats
of op enige van de segmenten van de
4GRILL worden geplaatst, omdat dit de
afwerking van het oppervlak van het
deksel permanent beschadigt.
DOVEN VAN HET VUUR
a. CONFIGURATIE VOOR SMOREN en
ROKEN
Wanneer de bereiding van het voedsel met
succes is voltooid, kan het deksel bovenop de
4GRILL worden geplaatst, met gesloten
ventilatieopening.
Deze procedure is uitsluitend toegestaan in de
conguratie voor smoren en/of roken, waarbij
de houtskoolbak onderin het vatsegment is
geplaatst (dit betekent in de laagst mogelijke
stand).
De houtskool of briketten doven vanzelf.
b. GRILLEN en
VUURPLAATSCONFIGURATIE
In the barbecueconguratie en/of vuurplaats-
conguratie is het nooit toegestaan om het
deksel bovenop de 4GRILL te plaatsen, omdat
dit de afwerking van het oppervlak van het
deksel permanent beschadigt.
De houtskool of briketten doven vanzelf.
c. ALGEMEEN
Als het vuur haastig moet worden gedoofd, is
de beste manier om de houtskool met zand af
te dekken.
Gebruik geen water!
