Conseils de Dépannage:

• Si Windows ne reconnaît pas l'outil, veuillez vérifier que le câble USB est branché, que

l'outil est en mode de mise à jour et qu'aucun fichier de mise à jour inutile n'est

disponible sur votre PC.

• Si l'outil est corrompu après avoir été déconnecté du PC sans l'avoir éjecté en toute

sécurité, l'utilisateur peut effectuer une vérification pour tenter de résoudre le

problème. Pour ce faire, cliquez avec le bouton droit de la souris sur le lecteur que vous

souhaitez analyser, et naviguez jusqu'à "Propriétés". Sélectionnez "Outils" parmi les

options disponibles, puis "Vérifier", pour permettre au PC de commencer à vérifier le

dispositif.

METTRE À JOUR VOTRE L'OUTIL VIA WIFI

Une fois que l'outil est configuré pour se connecter à un réseau WiFi, il sera prêt pour

la mise à jour via WiFi. Dans le menu Paramètres, accédez à «Mise à jour de l'outil» et

appuyez sur Entrée. Le TECH450 recherchera alors les mises à jour.
