wordt zal de stappenteller /
activity tracker automatisch
oplichten wanneer de pols omhoog
gaat en wordt de tijd weergegeven.
6. App functies en instellingen
6.1 Homepagina
Bekijk de stappenteller en de caloriedata in de startpagina van de app. Je
kan er ook de slaapgegevens en hartslaggegevens nadat de app automatisch
gesynchroniseerd is met de stappenteller / activity tracker . De gebruiker
kan deze gegevens ook delen.
Nadat de data gesynchroniseerd is kan de registratie van fysieke oefeningen
bekeken worden van elke dag, elke maan en elk jaar.
Nadat de data gesynchroniseerd is kan je ook de gegevens van de slaaptijd
en de gerelateerde data bekijken.
6.2 Activiteiten
6.2.1 Buiten
Activeer de GPS van je smartphone en verbind met het netwerk alvorens te
lopen of te fietsen om het afgelegde traject te registreren.
6.2.2 Binnen
6.2.2.1 Touwtjespringen
KIik op START om de registratie van touwtjespringen te
starten en klik op EINDE om af te sluiten. De stappenteller
/ activity tracker zal de bewegingen registreren.
