9 VERVOER VAN DE PEDELEC
Verwijder de accu voor vervoer en vervoer deze
apart. Plaats een transportkap op de contacten
om kortsluiting te voorkomen. Bij kortsluiting
bestaat er risico op letsel en brand.
9.1 Met de auto
U kunt uw pedelec met de auto vervoeren als
een gewone fiets. Het gewicht van de pedelec
vraagt om een stevigere fietsendrager.
9.2 Met het openbaar
vervoer
Hiervoor gelden dezelfde regels als voor het
vervoer van een fiets. Verwijder met het oog op
de veiligheid de accu voordat u met de pedelec
in de trein stapt en zet hem pas terug als u weer
bent uitgestapt.
9.3 Met het vliegtuig
De accu dient beschouwd te worden als gevaar-
lijk materiaal. Deze moet als zodanig vervoerd
worden. Overleg met de luchtvaartmaatschappij.
