HUMEDAD
Entre el 55 y el 75%. Esa es el margen de humedad media aconsejada para
que el tapón de las botellas permanezca suficientemente húmedo y
conserve su flexibilidad y elasticidad, que lo hacen hermético a los líquidos
permitiendo al mismo tiempo que sus vinos respiren.
Su vinoteca Climadiff regula de forma completamente automática el nivel de
humedad en el armario.
La combinación de la circulación de aire exterior filtrado y cargado de
humedad dentro del armario, del fenómeno de condensación relacionado
con el funcionamiento del armario y la superficie de las paredes interiores,
de acero con pintura de alta granulometría, permite proporcionar a sus vinos
las condiciones ambientales ideales.
Nota: en unas condiciones ambientales excepcionalmente secas, se puede
añadir agua.
Para ello, puede colocar una bandeja de arena húmeda dentro del aparato,
o en su defecto un platito con agua purificada (o del grifo, siempre que no
tenga un olor fuerte).
Habrá que esperar algunos días después de la puesta en servicio para que
el índice medio ideal, en torno al 60 %, se estabilice dentro del armario.
Importante: El índice puede ser del 45% o menor si el aparato funciona en
unas condiciones ambientales extremas y/o si el lugar donde esté instalado es
seco. En este caso, es necesario añadir agua (bandeja, platito, etc.) en la parte
superior del armario.
