EL COMPRESOR DE MI VINOTECA FUNCIONA SIN PARAR:

PARECE QUE EL SISTEMA DE INVIERNO NO FUNCIONA:
Este sistema sólo funciona si la temperatura interior de la parte inferior de la vinoteca es inferior a la
temperatura programada.
HUMEDAD
¿Qué índice medio de humedad debo tener en mi vinoteca?
1. El índice medio ideal está comprendido entre el 55 y el 75%. No se debe confundir con el índice
instantáneo que varía en función de los ciclos de funcionamiento del compresor. Al igual que en el
caso de la temperatura media, lo que importa es el índice medio.
2. Según las zonas geográficas y el índice de humedad en el aire, puede que sea o no necesario
añadir agua.
En los países de clima cálido, la humedad relativa contenida en el aire se sitúa entre el 50 y el
80%. Por tanto, no es necesario añadir agua, aunque se debe controlar esta variable con
precisión.
El índice medio de humedad de mi vinoteca es inferior al 50% de forma prolongada: ¿Está seguro?
(La humedad fluctúa en gran medida y muy rápido, es normal)
1. Compruebe si el filtro de carbón es demasiado antiguo o simplemente está obstruido.
2. Asegúrese de la eficacia de su higrómetro.
3. Si humedece una tela cada 2 horas, nunca estará seca. Este principio se aplica a los tapones. La
constancia de la media del índice de humedad permite que los tapones conserven su elasticidad,
