VOCHTIGHEID
Tussen 55 en 75 %. Dit is het gemiddelde vochtigheidsbereik dat aanbevolen wordt om de kurk van uw
flessen vochtig genoeg te houden, zodat ze soepel en elastisch genoeg blijft om vloeistoffen buiten te
houden, maar uw wijnen toch nog laat ademen.
Uw Climadiff-wijnkast regelt de vochtigheidsgraad in de kast volledig automatisch.
De combinatie van gefilterde maar vocht bevattende omgevingslucht in de kast, het
condensatieverschijnsel dat gepaard gaat met de werking van de kast, en het oppervlak van de
binnenwanden uit staal met grofkorrelige verf maken het mogelijk om uw wijnen de ideale
omgevingsomstandigheden te bieden.
Noot: in uitzonderlijk droge omstandigheden moet er misschien water toegevoegd worden.
Daarvoor moet u een bak met vochtig zand in het apparaat plaatsen, of anders een kom zuiver water (of
leidingwater op voorwaarde dat het geen sterke geur heeft)
Na de inschakeling moet u enkele dagen wachten, opdat de ideale gemiddelde vochtigheidsgraad van
ongeveer 55 % zich in de kast stabiliseert.
