3.2.1 Installation der Kühlmittelpumpe
Die Kühlmittelpumpe muss im Kühlkreislauf oberhalb des Flüssigkeitsheizgerätes
installiert werden. Die Kühlmittelpumpe muss unterhalb des Expansionstanks, Kühlers
und Heizgerätes installiert werden.
Die Richtung, in die das Kühlmittel in der Pumpe fließt, muss die gleiche wie im
Kühlsystems des Fahrzeugs/Schiffes sein.
3.2.2 Winkelrohre
Zur Vereinfachung des Installationsvorgangs können die Winkelrohre um 180° für den
FLOW 5 oder um 90° für den FLOW 14D gedreht werden (siehe Abb. 6a/b).
Um die Rohre zu drehen, lösen Sie die Schraube an den Befestigungsplatten. Drehen
Sie die Rohre in die gewünschte Position und ziehen Sie die Schraube an der
Befestigungsplatte wieder fest.
Drehen Sie die Rohre nicht, während die Schraube festgezogen wird. Dies führt
zur Beschädigung an den Dichtungen und zu Undichtigkeit.
Winkelrohre können für gerade Rohre im FLOW 5 ausgetauscht werden
(separat erhältlich).
Die Installationsposition der Kühlmittelpumpe darf zu keinem Lufteinschluss
innerhalb der Pumpe führen. Siehe zulässige Installationspositionen in Abb. 5.
