5. Alarms and errors
The system displays alarms in yellow on the control panel and you can continue to use the pellet
stove. However, you may need to acknowledge the alarm message on the yellow screen by means
of an “X”. On the other hand, the system displays errors in red. This means that you can only
operate the pellet stove to a limited extent or not at all.

fault and restart the device. If the fault continues, get in
touch with a service engineer.

The solenoid switch in the tank cover is not working
correctly. Check whether pellets on the edge of the tank
are preventing the solenoid switch from working correctly.
If the fault continues, get in touch with a service engineer.

Room temperature

Room temperature sensor is defective. Contact a service
engineer.

The sensor that is connected to T03 is faulty or
disconnected.
Call the service department.

Overtemperature of
gases
Overtemperature of flue gases, cleaning of the chimney
fan or the flue gas ducts is necessary.

Combustion chamber
temperature is too low
Fuel ignition interruption has expired (empty the burner
bowl and restart the device) or the fuel tank is empty (top
up the tank), possibly clean the area above the baffle
plate.

5.1. Resetting alarms
If there is an alarm, the system shows the message in yellow on the screen together with the alarm
description (see the example below).
To close the alarm screen, tap
. Closing the alarm screen does not reset the alarm. After tapping
to close the alarm screen, the alarm code is still present in the top left-hand corner of the main
screen as well as on all the idle mode screens (see the example below).
 
To see the alarm message again, tap the alarm code in the top left-hand corner; in this example,

To reset the alarm, you must have eliminated the problem. In this example, you must have
replaced the battery.
5.2. Resetting errors
If there is an error, the system shows the message in yellow on the screen together with the error
description (see the example below).
To close the error screen, tap
. Closing the error screen does not reset the alarm. After tapping
to close the error screen, the error code is still present in the top left-hand corner of the main

not ready for operation.
