Different quality pellets also cause different "crusting" in the burner bowl and on the grate of the pellet
stove. In this connection, we recommend using pellets that do not contain artificial binding agents and
which leave the smallest possible amount of unburned residue (in accordance with ÖN EN 14961-2 or
ENplus A1 or the equivalent).
4. Using the control panel
4.1. Remove the transparent protective foil
