Opmerking: het DCF-signaal (tijdsignaalzender) bestaat uit
tijdimpulsen, die door een van de meest precieze klokken van
de wereld, in de buurt van Frankfurt am Main, Duitsland,
afgegeven worden. - zij varieert slechts 1 seconde in 30.000
miljoen jaar. Uw product ontvangt deze signalen onder opti-
male omstandigheden tot een afstand van ca. 1.500 km
rondom Frankfurt am Main. De ontvangst van het radiografi-
sche signaal duurt normaal gesproken ca. 3 - 10 minuten. De
ontvangst kan door hindernissen (bijv. betonnen muren) of sto-
ringsbronnen (bijv. andere elektrische apparaten) aanzienlijk
worden belemmerd. Verander eventueel de standplaats van
het product (bijv. bij een raam), wanneer er problemen tijdens
de ontvangst optreden. Het product actualiseert de tijdsinstel-
ling één keer per dag met behulp van het DCF-signaal. Het
