The batteries/rechargeable batteries must always be inserted with
the correct polarity. Clean the battery and device contacts
beforehand if necessary. Do not attempt to recharge, short-circuit,
or open the batteries. Never heat the disposable
batteries/rechargeable batteries to recharge them. Do not expose
the disposable batteries/rechargeable batteries to excessive heat
such as sunshine, fire or the like. There is an increased risk of
leakage! Never throw batteries/rechargeable batteries into fire, as
they can explode.
Improper use of batteries/rechargeable batteries may
result in a risk of explosion and of the battery fluid leaking.
If the batteries/rechargeable batteries do leak, avoid contact with
skin, eyes and mucous membranes. Use protective gloves. In case
of contact with battery fluid, rinse the affected areas with plenty of
clean water straight away and seek medical attention immediately.
Remove exhausted/rechargeable batteries from the device
immediately, there is an increased risk of leakage.
Note:
Non-rechargeable batteries must not be charged!
Different battery types or new and used batteries must not be
used together!
The battery and device contacts must not be short-circuited!
