98 Dialing a Number in Phonebook
The last 30 received (or missed) calls are stored in the Received Call list, and you can call the said
numbers back, delete or store them in the phonebook. To view the number you can go to the
Received call list.
If the list is empty, the display will show Received Call is empty and the phone returns in Standby
mode.
Each item of the incoming list is marked with the line icon if the call was really a received call or
with the crossed line icon if the call was missed (not answered or dropped before you could do
that). Moreover, if the phone number was previously entered in the phonebook, at the right of each
number you will find the house icon if it came from a fixed line or the mobile phone icon if it came
from a mobile phone. Operation with an Auerswald-PBX: If the name is available without a symbol,
the name has been transferred from the phonebook of the PBX.
Date and time of the calls can be seen only if you have previously set the date and time as explained
in chapter Setting Date & Time on page 92.
Dialing a Number in Phonebook
You can search the entries stored in the phonebook (see chapter Storing a Number on page 109)
by entering the first initial characters of their names (alphabetic search). You can also scroll through
the whole list of the phonebook entries in Standby mode without accessing the Phonebook menu.
LIST
In Standby mode, press the LIST soft key.
SELECT
Press the navigation keys to choose
2.Received Call, then press the SELECT soft
key. The list of incoming calls is displayed on
the screen. If the number was previously
entered in the phonebook, you can also see its
associated name.
SELECT
Scroll through the incoming calls list using the
navigation keys until you find the desired
number, and press the SELECT soft key. You
will see the date/time in which you received the
call as well as its duration.
When the desired number displays, press the
call key to dial it.
