te wijzen of om telefoon-functies te bedienen. Elke toets
heeft twee niveaus waaraan functies kunnen toegewezen
worden.
De LED geeft de status van de functie op het eerste
niveau.
Voor het uitvoeren van de functie op het eerste niveau
drukt u eenmaal op de toets. Voor het uitvoeren van de
functie op het tweede niveau drukt u tweemaal op de toets
(dubbelklikken) of u druk op de Shift-toets (met behulp
van de functietoets waaraan de functie "tweede niveau" is
toegewezen) en dan eenmaal op de toets.
Met snelkeuzetoetsen voor interne deelnemers van de PBX
ziet u op de de bijbehorende LED's informatie over de
bezigheid of de huidige toestand van de desbetreffende
abonnees.
Bovendien is het bijzonder gunstig om de functies "pick-
up" en "doorverbinden" op deze toetsen te configureren.
1. Pick-up voor de opgeslagen abonnee: als de LED rood
knippert, drukt u op de snelkeuzetoets.
2. Doorverbinden naar de opgeslagen abonnee: druk op de
snelkeuze toest tijdens het gesprek.

3. Druk op een functietoets.
4. Tik op het eerste niveau.
5. Tik op snelkiezen.
6. Tik op het nummer en voer een telefoonnummer in.
7. Tik op OK.
8. Tik op de naam en voer een naam in.
9. Tik tweemaal op OK.

2. Tik op functies.
