Answering Machine
Playback outgoing message
Press the Menu softkey.
/Select ANS. MACHINE and press OK.
/Select TAM SETTINGS and press OK.
/Select OGM SETTINGS and press OK.
/Select ANSWER ONLY for the “answer-only mode“ or
ANS & REC for the “answer and record-mode“ and press
OK.
/Select PLAYBACK and press OK.
Playback of the outgoing message will start.
☞ If you want to delete your personal outgoing message press C during
playback The preset Outgoing messages cannot be deleted.
Listen new messages / deleting single messages
Press the Menu softkey.
/Select ANS. MACHINE and press OK.
/Select MSG PLAYBACK and press OK.
The loudspeaker on the handset will be switched on and the
playback will start.
During playback you have the following options:
/ You can set the playback volume.
Press OK, select one of the following options using the
up/down key and press OK:
- STOP to stop the playback.
- FORWARD to skip to the next message.
- PREVIOUS to go back to the previous message or to begin
the relevant message again.
- DELETE to delete the relevant message.
