Verwendung des Anrufbeantworters
12. Anrufbeantworter
Ihr Anrufbeantworter kann innerhalb weniger Sekunden nach dem Einstecken
des Telefonkabels und dem Einschalten des Netzstroms betriebsbereit sein.
Folgen Sie einfach den Schritten in diesem Abschnitt zur Einrichtung und
Verwendung Ihres Anrufbeantworters.
Ein-/ausschalten
Schaltet den Anrufbeantworter ein oder aus. Der
aktuelle Antwortmodus wird angesagt.
Den Antwortmodus einstellen
Schalten Sie den Anrufbeantworter ein

Zum Umschalten der Modi zwischen ‘Antwort &
Aufnahme’, ‘Nur Antwort’ oder ‘Antwort aus’
Aufnahme Ihrer ausgehenden Ansage (OGM)
Ihr Anrufbeantworter wird mit einer standardmäßigen ausgehenden Ansage
ausgeliefert, aber Sie können Ihre eigene, bis zu 2 Minuten lange Ansage
aufnehmen.

Nehmen Sie Ihre Ansage nach dem Piepton auf
Zum Beenden Ihrer Aufnahme drücken
Prüfen Ihrer Ansage
Die aktuelle Ansage wird angesagt
Antwortverzögerung einstellen
x 2
Öffnen Sie das Anrufbeantworter-Menü
oder ,
Wählen Sie ‘Antwortverz’
3 x klingeln Es wird die aktuelle Einstellung angezeigt und
angesagt
oder ,
Wählen und bestätigen Sie die Anzahl der Ruftöne
(2-9) oder ’ Gebührensparer’.
Aufnahme eines Memos
Sie können Ihren Anrufbeantworter zur Aufnahme von Memo-Mitteilungen
für das spätere Abhören durch andere Anwender benutzen.

Zum Beenden Ihrer Aufnahme drücken
Gebührensparer: Diese Eigenschaft kann Ihnen die Kosten eines
Anrufs ersparen, wenn Sie von einem anderen Telefon aus anrufen,
um Ihre Mitteilungen abzuhören. Wenn Ihr Anrufbeantworter nach
zweimaligem Klingeln antwortet, haben Sie neue Mitteilungen, wenn er
erst nach fünfmaligem Klingeln antwortet, sind keine neuen Nachrichten
vorhanden.
