SWITCHING THE HEARING SYSTEM
ON AND OFF
Ask your hearing system specialist to mark the options relevant for
you.
WITH THE BATTERY COMPARTMENT
ON
£ Close the battery compartment.
OFF £ Open the battery compartment.
WITH SINGLE PUSH BUTTON (RIXX G2)
ON
£ Hold the

WITH SLIDING SWITCH (SUN)
ON
£ Slide the switch up or
down for approx.
2 seconds.

WITH ROCKER SWITCH (MOOD G2)
ON £ Press and hold the top of the rocker switch
for approx. 2 or approx. 5 seconds.
OFF £ Press and hold the top of the rocker switch

The length of time required depends on the programming of the
switch;

WITH REMOTE CONTROL (MOOD G2 AND SUN)

POWER-ON DELAY
Your hearing system has a power-on delay which your hearing
system specialist is able to activate. This delays your system from
powering up for up to 12 seconds and allows you to avoid feedback
whistling as you insert the system into your ear.
Over and above this, select hearing system models make
it possible for further functions controlled by a push but-
ton or switch to be added. Please ask your hearing system
specialist to tell you more about this. See also the over-
view on p. 74-75.
