2.3 Veiligheidsvoorschriften
2.3.1 Installeren en gebruik van de XENTA
− De XENTA kan enkel gebruikt worden als betaalterminal en niet voor
andere doeleinden. Hij mag niet gehouden worden tegen, of kort bij of
blootgesteld worden aan hitte, vuur, koude, vuil, olie, elektriciteit,
straling, water, schokken, trillingen, chemische stoffen of andere stoffen
die elektrische apparaten beïnvloeden. De XENTA en de
handelaarsmodule mogen niet geplaatst worden in een koelkast,
ontdooiingsysteem, microgolfoven, of behandeld worden met een
haardroger of een hogedrukreiniger.
− Laat beide modules niet vallen. Gooi er niet mee of plaats er geen zware
materialen op. Plet de modules niet, berg ze niet op met voedsel of
andere consumptieartikelen. Bewaar de terminal tevens niet bij
explosieve materialen zoals aanstekerbrandstof, benzine of gelijken.
− Kijk regelmatig na of de voeding niet oververhit raakt.
− Behandel uw terminal voorzichtig. Er is geen garantie tegen breuk.
− Ontkoppel de voeding van de terminal als u hem wenst schoon te maken
of wanneer enige reparatie of onderhoud nodig is.
− Gebruik nooit een verlengkabel voor de stroomkabel die uit het
voedingsblok komt.
2.3.2 Openen van de terminal
Zoals verder beschreven in deze handleiding kan u de terminal openen. Er zijn
wel enkele raadgevingen voor u hier begint.
− Open nooit de handelaarsmodule.
− Open de terminal enkel voor de aanpassingen zoals beschreven in deze
handleiding. Open of verwijder nooit een onderdeel dat niet beschreven
wordt in deze handleiding.
− Als u de terminal opent, neem dan de nodige voorzorgen om
elektrostatische ontladingen te vermijden.
2.3.3 Storingen
Ieder onderhoud van de terminal, niet beschreven in deze handleiding moet
uitgevoerd worden door Banksys.
