3 Inwerkingstelling
3.1 Vericatie voor de inwerkingstelling
3.1.1 Hydraulische kring :
- Vergewis u ervan dat de installatie gespoeld werd.
- Controleren de dichtheid van de totale installatie.
- Tijdens de eerste
indienststelling, controleer
indien de siphon gevuld is
met water.
- De snelheid van de
circulatiepomp controleren.
efnox condens 5000
=> volgens guur 31,
omgeving II of III.
efnox condens duo 5000
=> automatisch
- Vastlopen of blokkeren van de circulatiepomp:
efnox condens 5000 => Indien de motor blokkeert,
wordt een opstartcyclus gestart. Indien de motor
geblokkeerd blijft, dan zal hij permanent stilgelegd
worden.
=> De elektrische voeding van de circulatiepomp
onderbreken gedurende 30s om hem te ontgrendelen
en zo een nieuwe opstartcyclus toe te laten.
3.1.2 Gasleiding :
- De goede dichtheid van de verbindingen controleren.
- De gaskraan openen, de lucht uit de leiding purgeren
en de dichtheid van de leiding controleren tot aan de
gasregelblok.
- De druk van het gas op het distributienet controleren :
Gastype Voedingdruk
G 20 (type Lacq-gas) 20 mbar
G 25 (type Groeningen - gas) 25 mbar
G 31 (propaangas) 37 mbar
" Waarschuwing
De ketels zijn in de fabriek geregeld voor aardgas
G20, woning voedingsdruk : 20 mbar (type Lacq- gas).
" Controleer indien de ketel goed is afgeregeld
voor het gedistribueerd gas.

3.1.3 Stookketel
- Controleren van de dichtheid van de verbranding
(aansluitleiding en schoorsteen / muurdoorvoerleiding).
3.1.4 Elektrische leiding :
- Controleren dat de polariteit faze-neutraal van de
electrische voeding geëerbiedigd is..
- Controleren dat elk materiaal op de juiste
aansluitklemmen aangesloten is.
- De goede hechting van de elektrische aansluitingen
op de aansluitklemmen controleren.
Controlelamp uit:
De circulator werkt niet,
geen elektrische voeding.
Controlelamp is groen:
De circulator werkt normaal.
Controlelamp knippert groen/rood :
Werkingsstoring met de
automatische heropstart.
Controlelamp knippert rood :
Werkingsstoring.
