Prije svakog uklanjanja smetnje
− isključite stroj
− pričekajte da se mješač zaustavi
− izvucite mrežni utikač.
Nakon svakog uklanjanja smetnje pustite ponovno u pogon sve sigurnosne uređaje i provjerite ih.
Problemi Mogući uzrok Uklanjanje
Motor se ne pokreće
⇒ nedostaje mrežni napon (ispad struje)
⇒ Priključni kabel defektan
⇒ Motor ili sklopka su defektni.
⇒ pregledati osigurač (10A)
⇒ zamijeniti kabel tj. kabel dati pregledati (električar)
defektni kabel više ne koristiti
⇒ za uklanjanje problema se obratite proizvođaču ili
firmi koju Vam on navede
Neobične vibracije
⇒ Mješač neispravan
⇒ Stezna glava neispravna
⇒ Pogrešan materijal za miješanje
⇒ Izmijeniti mješač
⇒ za uklanjanje problema se obratite proizvođaču ili
firmi koju Vam on navede
⇒ Pogrešno obrađivanje. Obratite pozornost na
proizvođačeve propise za obrađivanje.
Uređaj se doduše pokreće,
ali se i pri najmanjem
opterećenju blokira i
eventualno automatski
isključuje.
⇒ Priključni vod preduh ili premal presjek
⇒ Utičnica predaleko od glavnog
prilkjučka i premal presjek priljučnog
voda.
⇒ Priključni vod najmanje 1,5 mm² maksimalno 25 m
dug.
⇒ Kod dužeg produžnog kabla presjek najmanje 2,5
mm².
