Sägetisch rechtwinklig ausrichten
¾ Obere Sägebandabdeckung ganz nach oben stellen
(siehe „Einstellen der oberen Sägebandabdeckung“ –
Seite 18)
¾ Sägebandspannung prüfen (siehe
„Sägebandspannung“ – Seite 17)
¾ Feststellschraube (15) lösen.
¾ Mit Hilfe eines Winkels den Sägetisch rechtwinklig zum
Sägeband ausrichten.
¾ Feststellschraube wieder festziehen.
¾ Sollte nach einstellen der Rechtwinkligkeit der Pfeil
(33) nicht mehr auf 0° zeigen
− Schraube (32) lösen
− den Pfeil nach rechts oder links drehen (0°-Position
einstellen)
− Schraube (32) wieder festziehen
Angle the saw table rectangularly
¾ Place upper saw band coping completely upwards (see
„Adjustment of the upper saw band coping“ – page 30)
¾ Check saw band tension (see „Saw band tension“ –
page 28)
¾ Release fixation screw (15).
¾ Angle the saw table with the help of an angle
rectangular to the saw band.
¾ Refasten fixation screw.
¾ If after adjusting the rectangularity the arrow (33) does
no longer show to 0°
− Release screw (32)
− Turn the arrow to the right or left (0°- Adjust
position)
− Refasten screw (32)
Alignement de la table de sciage au niveau rectangulaire
¾ Remonter le capot supérieur du ruban autant que possible
(voir "Ajustage du capot supérieur du ruban" - page 41)
¾ Contrôler la tension du ruban (voir "Tension du ruban de
sciage" - page 40)
¾ Desserrer la vis de blocage (15).
¾ Aligner la table de sciage au niveau rectangulaire par
rapport au ruban à l'aide d'une équerre.
¾ Resserrer la vis de blocage.
¾ Lorsque la flèche (33) ne pointe plus sur 0° après l'ajustage
de la perpendicularité
− desserrer la vis (32)
− tourner la flèche à droit ou à gauche (position 0°-
Position)
− resserrer la vis (32).
Zaagtafel haaks uitlijnen
¾ Breng de bovenste zaagbandbescherming helemaal
omhoog (zie „Bovenste zaagbandbescherming instellen“ –
pagina 53)
¾ Controleer de zaagbandspanning (zie „Zaagbandspanning“
– pagina 51)
¾ Draai de vastzetschroef (15) los.
¾ Lijn de zaagtafel met behulp van een winkelhaak haaks uit
ten opzichte van de zaagband.
¾ Draai de vastzetschroef weer vast.
¾ Wanneer de pijl (33) na het instellen van de haaksheid niet
meer naar 0° wijst
− schroef (32) losdraaien
− de pijl naar rechts of links draaien (0°-positie instellen)
− schroef (32) weer aandraaien
Posizionamento perpendicolare del banco sega
¾ Portare la copertura superiore del nastro della sega completamente verso l’alto (vedere “Regolazione della copertura della sega” –
pag. 65)
¾ Verificare il serraggio del nastro della sega (vedere “Serraggio del nastro della sega” – pag. 64)
¾ Allentare la vite di fermo (15).
¾ Posizionare il banco sega perpendicolarmente rispetto al nastro della sega con l’ausilio di una squadra.
¾ Avvitare nuovamente la vite di fermo.
¾ Se dopo la regolazione della perpendicolarità la freccia (33) non dovesse più essere rivolta verso 0°
− Allentare la vite (32)
− Ruotare la freccia verso destra o verso sinistra (regolare la posizione 0°)
− Avvitare nuovamente la vite (32)
