This is an energy-saving programme that still produces
good results. The ECO feature is used to label the oven.
NB. All food is cooked without preheating the oven.
This function combines the effects of the fan and the grill. The
grill directs infrared heat onto the food and some of the heat is
moved around the oven by the fan.
Recommended for all meat grilling with grill pan placed
on middle shelf at a temperature of 200°C with door
closed, food turned over half way through cooking, also
rotisserie up to 2.5 kg & roasting up to 4.5 kg.
Succulent results.

Food is cooked by a top and bottom element. No fan.
Recommended for food requiring long slow cooking such
as game, casseroles, stews. Ideal for rich fruit cakes, jacket
potatoes and foods that require a crisp finish. The tempe-
rature set relates to the middle of the oven with a higher
temperature at the top & a cooler temperature below so,
ideal for foods cooked at the same time that need different
temperatures. Do not place any trays, shelves or dishes on
the oven base as there is an element beneath the enamel.
