Koken in uw stoomoven is veilig en comfortabel.

Nadat u het voedsel in de stoomoven hebt

geplaatst en het toestel ingeschakeld, heeft u er

geen omkijken meer naar. Roeren is niet nodig;

aanbranden uitgesloten. U kunt zich daardoor

volledig concentreren op de overige gerechten

die u wel op het vuur bereidt.

Hoe werkt een stoomoven?

Het water uit het reservoir loopt via een

toevoerleiding naar een hete plaat onder in de

oven. De plaat verhit het water waardoor het

gaat stomen. De hete stoom (ca. 105 °C)

verwarmt het voedsel. U hoeft geen extra water

aan het gerecht toe te voegen.

Tijdens het stomen gaat de ovendeur

automatisch op slot.

De laatste drie minuten van de bereidingstijd

ontsnapt er stoom uit de oven. De ventilator

blijft tot twee minuten na de bereidingstijd

doorlopen; er ontsnapt dan stoom uit de

voorzijde van de oven.

Drie minuten na het verstrijken van de

bereidingstijd kunt u de deur weer openen.
