Comment utiliser le four
Attention ! - Ne placez aucun objet sur la
sole du four et ne recouvrez aucune partie
du four à l’aide de feuilles d’aluminium
pendant la cuisson, car cela engendrerait
une formation de chaleur qui nuirait aux
résultats de cuisson et risquerait
d’endommager l’émail du four. Posez les
cocottes spécial four et les plaques en
aluminium sur la plaque ayant été insérée
dans les gradins-glissières. De la vapeur se
dégage des aliments chauds, comme d’une
bouilloire. La vapeur, en se déposant sur le
verre de la porte du four, se condense et
donne lieu à la création de gouttes d’eau.
Pour réduire la condensation, pensez à toujours
préchauffer le four à vide pendant 10 minutes.
Nous vous conseillons d’essuyer les gouttes d’eau
après chaque processus de cuisson.
La porte du four doit être fermée pendant la
cuisson. Tenez-vous à distance lorsque vous
ouvrez la porte du four. Évitez de la laisser s’ouvrir
d’un coup - soutenez-la à l’aide de la poignée
jusqu’à ce qu’elle soit complètement ouverte.
