Turn the function knob until the desired
symbol is opposite to the mark. You
can select from:

: hot air

: conventional
k
: bottom heat

: standard grill

With the thermostat knob you can
select both with cooking and grilling a
temperature. When grilling, select the
highest setting (275-285 °C). When
grilling thicker pieces of meat select a
lower setting (200-225 °C).

When grilling you can change the
intensity of the element by putting the
dish further away from the element.

Only open the oven door at the end of
the cooking time, because otherwise
the pastry might subside.

The on/off indicator light lights up.

The indicator light of the thermostat
will light up. As soon as the oven
reaches the desired temperature the
light extinguishes. It will light up again
when the oven needs heating up again.

If this is not indicated in the recepy,
put the dish is in the middle of the
oven.

Always grill with a closed oven door.

After the elapsing of the set time an
audible signal sounds, which you can
stop by pressing any button.
