Réglage Voûte + Convection
L’air chaud est combiné à la résistance de la voûte. Ce réglage est idéal pour
obtenir des résultats croustillants et dorés. Ce réglage est spécialement recom-
mandé pour la viande.
Si vous souhaitez cuire des pièces de viande,
placez la grille sur le Niveau 3 et placez la
plaque pouvant servir de lèchefrite sur le
Niveau 1.

euillez vous assurer que les plats en verre sont en état de subir des températures de cuis-
son allant de 40 à 250 °C.
Guide de Cuisson
Les températures et les temps de cuisson fournis dans ce tableau sont à titre indicatif. Nous
recommandons de préchauffer le four à l’aide du mode Convection + Voûte. Placez la pièce
de viande sur la grille du four, puis sur le niveau d’étagère recommandée dans le tableau.
Placez ensuite la plaque du four (servant de lèchefrite) sur le niveau 1.
