You can place food directly on the turntable when using the
microwave function.
NB:
Do not use the microwave oven without the turntable or
roller stay.
grid
The grid has two positions:
– high;
– low.
The high position is meant for grilling flat foods; the low
position is meant for cooking with hot air, combi or grilling
thick foods.

The dish is ovenproof, and so it can also be used when
grilling and baking.
The dish can be placed under the grid to act as a drip-tray.

automatic defrost programs
The appliance has automatic defrost programs. Once you
have selected the defrost program you want, all you have to
do is set the weight of the food. The appliance calculates the
defrosting time itself.
The table below shows which foods you can defrost with
these programs.

) Cover wings and legs with aluminium foil before defrosting.

) Cover the tail with aluminium foil before defrosting. Make
sure that the aluminium foil cannot come into contact with
the walls of the microwave oven!
Place the unwrapped, frozen food on an upturned plate. Place
the plate in the oven dish, so that any liquid that defrosts can
drain away.
Place bread between two sheets of undecorated kitchen
paper.
When defrosting, remember to keep to the recommended
'rest' times (rule of thumb: defrost time = rest time).
Halfway through the defrosting time, a signal will be heard.
The food can be turned. If possible, divide the food into
smaller pieces. Remove parts that have already defrosted.
