Les produits surgelés, comme les pizzas,
doivent être cuits sur la grille. Si vous utilisez la
lèchefrite, celle-ci pourrait se déformer en raison
des grandes di érences de température.
Ne recouvrez jamais la sole du four avec
du papier aluminium. Le papier aluminium
bloque le fl ux thermique, ce qui peut a ecter
le résultat de cuisson.
Ceci peut également endommager l’émail
de la sole du four.
Les petites quantités requièrent une durée
de cuisson plus courte. Elles risquent de
brûler si vous appliquez les durées de
cuisson indiquées dans les recettes.
Ne versez jamais d’eau froide sur la sole
chaude. Ceci risque d’endommager l’émail.
Les jus de fruits peuvent causer des taches
di ciles à enlever au fond du four. Lorsque
vous préparez des pâtisseries aux fruits
juteux (tarte aux pommes, etc.) utilisez un
moule/une plaque comme lèchefrite pour
recueillir les jus qui s’écoulent.
Les taches de sucre ou de jus de fruit
(prune, rhubarbe) peuvent décolorer l’émail.
Il est recommandé de nettoyer le four dès
qu’il est refroidi.
Remarque: l’eau contenue dans le
récipient-vapeur est encore chaude!
Des plats résistants à la chaleur et à la
vapeur doivent être utilisés dans le four
à vapeur. Les moules en silicone ne
conviennent pas lorsque l’on utilise la
combinaison circulation d’air chaud et
vapeur.
N’utilisez pas de moules rouillés. Même de
minuscules taches peuvent rouiller l’intérieur
du four.
