Réglages de cuisson
Comme les valeurs de réglage dépendent de la quantité et de la
composition du mets et de la casserole, le tableau ci-dessous n'est
fourni qu'à titre indicatif.
Utilisez la fonction "boost" et le réglage 11 et 12 pour :
porter rapidement les aliments ou le liquide à ébullition ;
"blanchir" les légumes ;
chauffer l'huile et la graisse ;
mettre une cocotte minute sous pression.
cuisson au wok
Utilisez le réglage 9 et 10 pour :
saisir les viandes ;
cuire le poisson ;
frire les omelettes ;
frire des pommes de terre cuites à l'eau ;
frire les aliments en bain d'huile.
Utilisez le réglage 7 et 8 pour :
frire les crêpes épaisses ;
frire des tranches épaisses de viande panée ;
frire du bacon (gras) ;
cuire des pommes de terre crues ;
frire du pain perdu ;
frire du poisson panné.
cuire doucement des pâtes ;
frire des tranches fines de viande panée.
faire revenir des gros morceaux de viande.
cuire des morceaux de viande fine ;
Utilisez les réglages 4 à 6 pour :
terminer la cuisson de grandes quantités d'aliments ;
décongeler des légumes fermes ;
cuire des gros morceaux de viande ;
cuire à la vapeur.
