Ihr Induktionskochfeld
Einleitung
Sie haben sich für ein Induktionskochfeld von Atag
entschieden. Dieses Gerät wurde speziell für den Hobbykoch
entworfen.
Das Kochen mit einem Induktionskochfeld unterscheidet sich
vom Kochen auf herkömmlichen Herden.
Beim Induktionskochfeld wird ein Magnetfeld zur
Wärmeerzeugung verwendet. Deshalb ist auch nicht jeder
Topf ohne weiteres verwendbar. Näheres hierzu finden Sie im
Kapitel "Töpfe" auf den Seiten 20 und 21.
Das Kochen mit einem Induktionskochfeld bietet eine Reihe
von Vorteilen. Es ist bequem, weil das Kochfeld schnell
reagiert. Dank der hohen Leistung wird der Kochpunkt schnell
erreicht. Die Kochzonen funktionieren präzise und können auf
äußerst niedrige Leistung eingestellt werden.
Näheres zu den Vorteilen beim Kochen mit
Induktionskochfeldern finden Sie im Kapitel "Funktion" auf
den Seiten 19 und 20.
Das Gerät ist mit einem Synchrostart ausgestattet. Wenn Sie
eine Dunstabzugshaube haben, die ebenfalls mit Synchrostart
ausgestattet ist, setzt sich diese bei Betätigung des
Kochfeldes automatisch in Betrieb.
